We also have a policy of no surprises.  This means that we will present a quote that includes all the materials and labor to finish your job.  We do not low bid in order to get the job and then hit you with every little extra add on.  From framing your walls to light switches, we make our best effort to add everything in our original estimate.  This gives you cost predictability.

Mauricio is a Civil Engineer with two degrees from Georgia Tech. He holds a Florida Professional Engineers License and a Florida General Contractors License.

Eddy is a certified FEMA Inspector and Certified Home Inspector.  His is also a member of CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) in Hollywood.

He has been working with the company since 2005.  Eddy is our Senior Manager in charge of scheduling and coordinating resources for projects to ensure that your project progresses on schedule and on budget. He is fluent in English and in Spanish
